Hank Belden, founder of Hospitality Training and Bartending Institute, is the author of Bartending . . . Hospitality Training, A Complete Manual of Bartending. Hank has been in the bar and restaurant business for more than 30 years in popular resort areas in California, Hawaii, and Florida, as well as Australia. He opened his first bartending school in 1984 and has produced thousands of successful bartenders. His focus for the course is not just how to mix drinks but, instead, how to become successful as a bartender.
