Class Information & Schedule

Class consists of three weeks of classroom and behind-the-bar training, four days a week, Monday through Thursday. Our classes fill up quickly, so enroll early to ensure a space in the class of your choice.

If you want to finish early, you can double up on day and evening classes. Our class times are flexible to accommodate student schedules. Call to schedule day and night classes.

               Daytime:   9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
               Evening:   5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Upon completion of the course, you will be certified in bartending skills with the designation as a responsible vendor in compliance with the Responsible Vendor Act under Florida Statute 561.701-706. In addition, this will qualify you for employment in our catering division or for seeking employment in the bar of your choice.

Admission Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to tend bar. All classroom materials and training supplies are provided. We need to meet with you for a pre-enrollment interview, as all of our students are automatically eligible for employment in our catering division. This gives us an opportunity to assess your needs and develop a plan to help you achieve your goals.

Part of our program includes jobs for our students, and we need to meet you as a prospective student in order to determine if we will be able to place you in the job you want.

Also, we staff our Catering Division exclusively from our graduates.
